The SMARThouse is sold without internal fixtures and flooring, unpainted and without taps and bathroom fixtures, thus leaving future residents free to choose independently the style and characteristics of their own SMARThouse. However, the SMARThouse staff of architects has designed a package of fixtures and finishes that has been installed in the pilot development of Memmenano (Arezzo). These can be selected if the customer decides to purchase the e"finishes package".
| SMARThouse finishes package: supply and laying of floors and ceramic tiling, wooden floors, skirting boards, interior and exterior paintwork, balconies and internal staircase balustrades, internal door and window fixtures, bathroom fixtures and taps. |
